On January 23 major storms hit the area around Birmingham, AL causing destruction, injury and tragically the loss of life. Gleaning for the World has responded to this disaster by sending 4 tractor trailer loads of water, food, personal care items and stuffed animals. The Teddy Bear Brigade ministry has provided hundreds of stuffed animals to be distributed to the children there in order to bring comfort and security to them.
